Let me remove all of your tax burdens off
your shoulders and into my hands.
·
UNFILED TAX RETURNS - Taxpayers should file all tax returns that are due,
regardless of whether or not full payment can be made with the return.
Depending on an individual's circumstances, a taxpayer filing late may
qualify for a payment plan. All payment plans require continued
compliance with all filing and payment responsibilities after the plan
is approved. If you owe back taxes interest is building up every day, in
addition to any tax and penalties the IRS has or will assess. We will
prepare and file all back tax returns for you, and we will also start
the process of working out a payment plan for the amount that is due the
IRS and/or your state. For

· AUDITS - Your tax return may be examined for a variety of reasons, and the
examination may take place in any one of several ways. After the
examination, if any changes to your tax are proposed, you can either
agree with those changes or pay any additional tax you may owe, or you
can disagree with the changes and appeal the decision. As a taxpayer you
have the right to be treated professionally, fairly, promptly, and
courteously by all IRS employees. Among other rights, you have the
right to: disagree with your tax bill, meet with an IRS manager if you
disagree with the IRS employee who handles your tax case.
You can also appeal most IRS collection actions, have your case
transferred to a different IRS office if you have a valid reason (such
as if you move ), be represented by someone when dealing with IRS matter
and receive a receipt for any payment you make. As a licensed tax
professional, I will review your tax returns and supporting documents,
prepare a pre-audit strategy and represent your tax positions during the
actual audit.
COLLECTIONS - If you do not pay in full when you file your tax
return, you will receive a bill. This bill begins what is known as The
IRS Collection Process,
which continues through alternatives payment options and ends when your
tax account is satisfied. For

If
the IRS has issued an intent to lien or levy against your property or
